When police stopped the vehicle, they found Marcellus Jones as the sole occupant, Piser said, and an odor of marijuana coming from the Jeep led them to search the vehicle.

Inside, they found 3,054 bags of heroin and 135.6 grams of marijuana, Piser said. The heroin, weighing 45.81 grams, has an estimated street value of $7,050, he said.
