The three separate blazes broke out just after 2 a.m. Sunday in the Park Place Trailer Park on Indiana Road.

The Mill Creek Fire Company responded to the fires and no injuries were reported. The fires left 12 people without a home, according to the Delaware State Fire Marshal's office.

One mobile home, occupied by nine people, was destroyed and two other homes sustained moderate damage, according to fire marshal.

Damage is estimated at $40,000 and all three fires are under investigation as arsons.

The American Red Cross is providing emergency assistance to the displaced residents.
