Del. firm ranked among top 30 staffing companies in U.S.

Integrity Staffing Solutions is now the 30th largest staffing and talent engagement firms in the nation, according to the latest rankings from a leading global analysis firm.

The Christiana-based company jumped 10 spots from last year's ranking by Staffing Industry Analysts by securing a 0.3-percent share of the market.

The 18-year-old firm specializes in high volume, clerical and light industrial staffing solutions for clients that include Amazon.

"Our core objective is to generate opportunities for people to exceed their own expectations and to advance careers, companies and communities," Integrity Staffing CEO Todd Bavol said in a statement. "As we continue to concentrate on these objectives, healthy growth will continue for years to come."

Integrity Staffing Solutions has been included on Inc. Magazine's list of the fastest-growing, privately-held companies in the U.S. for 12 consecutive years.

Last month, Integrity Staffing launched a hiring campaign to fill 70 full-time, internal staff positions at eight new locations around the country. Those new hires will expand the company's workforce to nearly 445 nationwide, including 76 full-time staff in Delaware.

Staffing Industry Analysts provides international research and data about contingent workforces, including its annual list of the largest staffing firms in the U.S.

This year's report includes 122 firms each generate more than $100 million annual revenue, the criteria for inclusion on the list. Combined, those businesses that collectively generated $69.4 billion in revenue last year.
